The Internet news web site is published weekly. This Thursday's issue (September 12, 2002) will have news coverage about the vote scheduled for September 19, 2002 by the Tennessee Board of Regents (TBR) whether to increase the pay of the state university system faculty by 4% over and above the 2% pay increase that was already given to them by the state legislature.
We are a little bit stunned that they could even consider such a measure. We feel that it is highly irresponsible of them.
